The Basics

When and where is the wedding?

October 23, 2026 5:30pm at Crowne Plaza Tainan.

How do I RSVP?

Please reply through the form linked on the RSVP page, ideally by the date shown there. The day-after tour question is in the same form, so there's nothing separate to fill in.

Can I bring my children?

Of course — children are welcome. Let us know your party in the RSVP form so we can plan seating and meals.

At the Venue

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes — the hotel has an underground car park with paid self-parking (with special offer for our wedding guests) and valet. Anping gets busy at weekends, so allow a little extra time.

When should I arrive?

Reception opens at 5:30 pm — arrive early to find your seat, mingle with other guests and take a few photos. Dinner service begins at 6:30 pm.

What to Wear

What should I wear?

Formal or semi-formal. The ballroom is air-conditioned, so a light layer helps. Please avoid all-white outfits.

Travel & Stay

I'm coming from out of town — where should I stay?

The Event Details page has a short local guide with hotels near the venue, including the venue hotel itself. Ask about a wedding-guest rate when you book.

How do I get there from the THSR station?

From THSR Tainan, take the TRA Shalun line to Tainan Station, then a taxi to Anping (about 15–20 minutes). A taxi straight from the THSR station takes around 35-40 minutes.

The Day-After Tour

What is the day-after tour?

An optional, relaxed one-day outing around Tainan on Saturday 24 October — tour around Tainan, and food along the way. Details will follow closer to the day.

Gifts

Are gifts expected?

In Taiwanese wedding tradition, guests present a red envelope (li-jin / cash gift) to express their congratulations, instead of physical gifts.
